Bodega Hidalgo Faraon Oloroso 500ml

Dried fruit, roasted walnut, toffee, with hints of orange peel and spice, there’s an amazing depth and complexity of flavour to this Oloroso sherry. With a broad, textured and powerful palate, it finishes just close to dry. Palamino grapes were harvested, fermented and aged in a solera system of American oak for at least 12 years.

Bodegas Hidalgo is a 6th generation producer that has remained independent, sourcing all of their fruit from their own vineyards. Constant exposure to the sea creates the perfect cool conditions for a long aging process, building complex, characterful sherries.
