NON 5 is made with hops, lemon verbena, lemongass, hibiscus, lemon murtle, liquorice root, peppermint, preserved lemon, murray river salt, verjus and organic sugar cane. 

It's carbonated lightly, similar to that of a Pet-Nat, and is gluten free and vegan.
