Peyrassol La Croix Rouge 2024

This vibrant, friendly, medium bodied red is made from Grenache and Merlot. It’s an easy all rounder, and is produced from organic vineyards within an expansive Provence estate.

Nestled in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, Chateau Peyrassol is set within the Commanderie de Peyrassol, a 900 hectare Provence estate established in the 13th century. 95 hectares of the historic property are planted to vines and attained full organic certification in 2022. The owner, Philippe Austruy is clearly a wealthy dude, having acquired and reinvigorated other wine estates in Bordeaux, Portugal and Tuscany.
