Piqueras Anfora Syrah 2023

The beauty of unadorned, silky, fruitful and densely concentrated Syrah. Grown at high altitude in Almansa, organic fruit was hand harvested and given 5 days of cold macertation before fermentation. The wine was aged for 12 months in 750 litre clay amphora. 

Bodegas Piqueras is a 4th generation, family owned estate based in Almansa, on a high altitude plateau in the Castilla-La Mancha region, to the south west of Valencia.
